Emmanuel Lwanga

Lwanga was born in Mutundwe, a Kampala suburb and he is the third child of 10 siblings. He was formally introduced to sculpture in 2003 when he joined Michelangelo School of creative Arts for a diploma in art and design. In 2006, he earned a first class diploma from Kyambogo University. He graduated with a First class honors degree in Fine art from Makerere University in 2013. Lwanga works with several sculptors and has exhibited in major exhibitions in East Africa. His works range from traditional figurative and portraiture to representational abstracts.
